About the role
This new role supports the design, coordination, and delivery of the British Museum's talent development initiatives, with a focus on early and entry-level career pathways such as apprenticeships, internships, and work experience. The role also provides support to the Talent Acquisition team across all recruitment activities and projects.

You’ll play a key part in designing and delivering programmes that are purposeful, thoughtful and rooted in the real experiences of our people. You’ll be central to bringing our new approach to life - supporting early and entry-level talent, strengthening management development, and providing thoughtful, end-to-end support throughout the recruitment journey.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Coordinate and support early careers programmes, including apprenticeships, internships, and work experience initiatives.
- Assist in the design and delivery of talent development programmes and learning interventions, including management training.
- Provide administrative and operational support across programme delivery (e.g. scheduling, events, onboarding, tracking progress).
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. schools, universities, training providers).
- Support recruitment activities for early career talent, ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
