We are looking for a commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow the British Library’s online retail channel. This role is responsible for delivering online revenue, optimising the customer journey, and ensuring a high-quality, accessible and engaging digital shopping experience.
Working across Buying, Marketing, Publishing and Commercial teams, you will use data and insight to drive performance, lead platform development, and identify new opportunities for growth, including partnerships and new routes to market. Building on a period of strong online growth, this is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day operational delivery, playing a key part in increasing the contribution of e-commerce to overall retail income.
