We’re looking for a HR Business Partner with a passion for people and a drive to make a real difference. This is your chance to shape culture, support leaders, and help build a high‑performing, inclusive organisation. You’ll thrive on driving change, challenging the status quo, and supporting initiatives that advance diversity, inclusion and employee engagement. You’ll bring strong HR generalist experience, excellent knowledge of employment law and casework management as well as experience in strategic workforce planning and organisational design.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to organisational objectives
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, absence, and change management
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
- Coach and challenge managers to build capability and confidence in people management
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and best practice
- Manage a small team of Senior HR and HR Advisors
About you:
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Is committed to diversity and inclusion
- Has the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and shape how we do things in the future
