The British Library is seeking a Head of Health and Safety Operations to lead safety strategy across all sites and embed a collaborative safety culture. You will manage a dedicated H&S team, report to the Senior Director of People, Culture and OD, and oversee incident management and wellbeing initiatives.
You will design Corporate Safety and Mental Health strategies, coordinate with Security, and participate in on-site duty roles and after-hours incident control.
