British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a WE Supply Chain Data & Analytics Executive in London (Chiswick). We are looking for a WE Supply Chain Data & Analytics Executive who will drive data-driven decision-making across the Western Europe supply chain by developing advanced analytics, reporting frameworks, and predictive insights. Support route to market strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives through robust data modelling and visualization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key supply chain indicators (cost-to-serve, inventory accuracy, service levels, warehouse utilization).
  • Deliver actionable insights through deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and service improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across multiple systems (SAP, WMS, TMS, BI tools, etc.).
  • Standardize data management processes and maintain accuracy for accurate decision-making and as an enabler for more advanced digital capabilities (analytics, integration, automation, etc.), in line with digital transformation roadmap.
  • Partner with RTM and Digitalization teams to integrate predictive and prescriptive analytics into supply chain processes.
  • Provide analytical support for digital initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled decision-making pilots.
  • Present analytics insights and recommendations to collaborators in a clear, actionable format.
  • See opportunities to enhance analytics capability through new tools, methodologies, and guidelines.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain/RTM/Secondary Distribution in multi-market environments.
  • Strong financial competence: cost-to-serve, WC impact, budgeting, and productivity programs.
  • Hands-on with WMS/TMS, BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau), and data analytics (predictive/prescriptive preferred).
  • Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and supporting strategic decisions.
  • Experience with SAP, WMS/TMS and EDP data structures.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar.
  • Experience in modern project management methodologies, e.g. Agile (beneficial).
