We are looking for an RTM Planning Analyst to support wholesale and distributive account planning. You will align Sales, Finance, wholesale partners and distribution networks to deliver effective cycle plans, launches, portfolio optimisation and trade/visibility programs tailored to wholesale environments.
Key Responsibilities- Support development and execution of wholesale cycle plans, including product launches, portfolio management and trade programs.
- Coordinate listing terms, rebates and promotional agreements with Sales and wholesale partners.
- Plan and support visibility and activation initiatives for depots, trade shows and distributor events.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting for wholesale trade spend.
- Provide analytical insights on wholesale performance, stock flow and compliance with agreed terms.
- Facilitate communication across Trade Marketing, Sales and wholesale partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Track KPIs for wholesale account plans and prepare regular performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in wholesale account planning, trade marketing or distributive channel management.
- Understanding of wholesale operations, pricing structures and trade terms.
- Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with wholesale partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and planning/trade-spend tools.
