British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Global Graduate in London, Chiswick.

The Global Graduate programme is an accelerated 18-month international development program that combines a real job from day one with structured development through trainings aimed at strengthening your commercial acuity and leadership skills. We are looking for individuals who want to accelerate their generalist marketing careers, including digital specialised graduates.

  • Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, international FMCG environment

What are we looking for?

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Business (preferred)
  • Passion for business management, digital, and FMCG
  • Results-driven, creative, and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent English (another European language is a plus)
