In this key role, you will leverage your financial expertise while applying your commercial insight, going beyond financial acumen to develop a deep understanding of the commercial side of the business. You will lead the design, deployment, and embedding of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Marketing Spend Effectiveness capabilities across the Western Europe region, driving strategic alignment with global frameworks while enabling local execution to unlock sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive RGM and MSE integration into business planning and execution across markets. Focus on developing growth capabilities in line with business needs.
- Capability Development: Conduct market maturity assessments and develop capability roadmaps to move the markets forward in terms of growth capabilities, keeping an eye on the present needs but also anticipating what the business needs in the future.
- Understanding of the different levers of RGM: Price, promotion, Assortment and TCI.
- Understanding of the concepts of MSE not only focusing on the Short Term ROI but also understanding the LT impacts of our investment touchpoints.
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrate thorough understanding of business in multiple geographies. Have a data driven, objective mindset and demonstrate curiosity and drive to introduce new concepts, analysis and bring the business along in the journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align growth strategies with Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams while sharing best practices globally. Influence Area and EM Leadership Teams on the merit of capabilities developed and encourage adoption. Work in alignment with commercial finance area leads ensuring synergies between the different streams.

- Advanced analytical and project management skills, with the ability to articulate financial strategy and results.
