British American Tobacco United Kingdom has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Manager in London.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all cyber security matters across the Western Europe region.
- Monitor security vulnerabilities, ensuring timely remediation and risk mitigation.
- Establish and execute security remediation plans for infrastructure, hardware, and applications in line with business priorities.
- Conduct cyber risk assessments for regional projects and initiatives.
- Maintain asset baselines in VMS and Balbix (IP ranges, hardware, network devices).
- Ensure application inventory in LeanIX remains accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure network, system, and application implementation.
- Coordinate application security remediation with local IT teams and functional technology teams.
- Track cyber security performance indicators and coordinate actions to achieve security targets.
- Support cyber incident response activities and act as a key contact during security incidents and investigations.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in cyber security, demonstrating a strong track record in managing security initiatives and risks.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience assessing cyber risks for projects, vendors, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of cyber security management, technologies, architecture, and audit requirements.
- Strong knowledge across networking, application development, operations, incident response, third-party vendor management, and OT security.
- Proven ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders across varying seniority levels.
- Understanding of cloud and SaaS configuration management and risk reduction, particularly within Azure and AWS environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
