British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion Manager in London, United Kingdom until August 2026. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the company’s Inclusion strategy by managing global projects, fostering inclusive partnerships, and ensuring effective delivery of key Inclusion moments and programmes.

As Inclusion Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind our global inclusion strategy. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives, build powerful partnerships, and help embed inclusive practices across every part of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Global Inclusion Moments: Manage, plan and deliver flagship events like Cultural Diversity Day and Inclusion Week that inspire and engage employees worldwide.
  • Champion Community Engagement: Innovate and build volunteering programmes and awareness campaigns that connect our people with purpose.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external organisations to co-create initiatives that amplify our impact and innovation.
  • Drive Recognition: Lead submissions for awards and certifications that showcase our commitment to inclusion.
  • Deliver Projects with Purpose: Manage end-to-end inclusion projects that align with our strategic goals and drive measurable change.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leaders, HR, and employee communities to embed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.
