We are looking for someone who understands what performs on TikTok and can help us grow our presence by curating the right content, repurposing what we already have, and staying dialled into what Gen Z in the UK wants to see. The Brit Spot is a social-first publisher with over 1 million followers across Instagram and TikTok. We are known for our editorial carousels, street vox pops and content that captures British humour, news, nostalgia and everyday culture. We are now looking for someone to take the lead on our TikTok channel as we scale in 2025.
What you will be doing:
- Managing The Brit Spot’s TikTok account from planning and posting to reviewing performance and optimising what comes next.
- Repurposing our Instagram carousels into TikTok-friendly formats.
- Turning our existing vox pop footage into engaging TikToks that feel native to the platform.
- Sourcing UGC that aligns with our brand tone, requesting permission to use it, and working it into our TikTok publishing schedule.
- Tracking analytics and identifying what is working, what is not, and where there are new opportunities to grow.
- Helping shape the TikTok content direction alongside the wider editorial and partnerships team.
