The BRIT School is searching for a dynamic, innovative Student Wellbeing Officer to work within our Pastoral team. The role focuses on safeguarding and mental health support for students, with a particular emphasis on post‑16 pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safeguarding and mental health support to students across the school.
- Deliver post‑16 pastoral support, ensuring a positive impact on student wellbeing.
- Maintain and apply best practice in safeguarding and mental health to support students’ development.
- Act as a resource to staff and students, offering advice, guidance and crisis intervention.
