The role
Youll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
This includes:
- Managing tenancies and tenant/landlord relationships
- Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution
- Coordinating contractors
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations
- Ensuring compliance (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR etc.)
What were looking for
- Around 12+ months experience in lettings or property management
- Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients
- A strong sense of customer service
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly
- Full UK driving licence
(ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
Salary & Benefits
- £30,400 basic + £1,000 annual bonus (OTE £31,400)
