You’ll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating contractors
- Carrying out property inspections
- Ensuring compliance (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR etc.)
Requirements:
- Around 12+ months’ experience in lettings or property management
- Full UK driving licence
- (ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
Salary: £30,400 basic + £1,000 annual bonus (OTE £31,400). Salary negotiable depending on experience.
