Were now looking for a Property Manager to join our team and build a long-term career with us. \n Why this role stands out \n \n No weekends genuine work-life balance \n Structured, supportive team (no sink-or-swim) \n Manageable portfolio (circa 120) quality over chaos \n Clear progression path as you develop \n Ongoing training and professional development \n \n The role \n Youll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. \n This includes: \n \n Managing tenancies and tenant/landlord relationships \n Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution \n Coordinating contractors \n Carrying out property inspections \n Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations \n Ensuring compliance (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR etc.) \n \n What were looking for \n \n Around 12+ months experience in lettings or property management \n Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients \n A strong sense of customer service \n Someone who takes pride in doing things properly \n Full UK driving licence \n \n (ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.) \n Salary & Benefits \n \n £30,400 basic + £1,000 annual bonus (OTE £31,400) \n Salary negotiable depending on experience \n Company pension \n Private medical & dental insurance \n Flexitime \n Health & wellbeing programme \n Company events \n \n If youre currently in a role where you feel under-supported or stretched, this is an opportunity to join a business where standards are higher and so is the support. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
