The role

You’ll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. This includes:

  • Managing tenancies and tenant/landlord relationships
  • Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution
  • Coordinating contractors
  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Managing check‑outs and deposit negotiations

What we’re looking for

  • Around 12+ months’ experience in lettings or property management
  • Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients
  • A strong sense of customer service
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things properly
  • Full UK driving licence (ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
