You’ll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. This includes:
- Managing tenancies and tenant/landlord relationships
- Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution
- Coordinating contractors
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing check‑outs and deposit negotiations
What we’re looking for
- Around 12+ months’ experience in lettings or property management
- Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients
- A strong sense of customer service

- Full UK driving licence (ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
