The role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping landlords let their properties and tenants find their next home, delivering an excellent experience from enquiry through to move-in.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering and qualifying applicants

Arranging and conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers and agreeing letsBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsOpportunities to generate new business and winning instructionsProgressing tenancies through to move-inWorking closely with our Property Management team to ensure a smooth customer journeyMaintaining accurate records and keeping applicants updated

What we’re looking for

• 
  
• Around 12+ months’ experience in residential lettings (not essential)

A confident and professional communicatorOrganised, proactive, and confident dealing with clientsExcellent customer service skillsSomeone who takes pride in doing things properlyFull UK driving licence

(ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential. xehkeey )
