An exciting opportunity has arisen at Thames Lido for an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist Manager to lead our well-established Spa Therapist team. This role is ideal for someone who can successfully manage team dynamics, foster a harmonious working environment, and consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in upholding the calm, restorative experience that defines our spa.
Our spa offers a holistic, massage-focused approach, with treatments tailored to each guest. We use our own range of natural, low-interference products and oils, specifically designed to nourish even the most sensitive skin. We are dedicated to building a team that embodies our values and ethos—ensuring every guest leaves feeling relaxed, restored, and cared for.
About You
- Level 3 (or above) qualified therapist
- Proven experience in team leadership or management
- Passion for holistic wellbeing and customer care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire a team
