Temporary Office Administrator and Senior Leadership Team Support

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual to join the Diocese of Bristol Team at their Office in Stoke Gifford.

· Full-time 35 hours per week

· Immediate start, Temporary contract until 24 December 2025

· £25,500 per annum

About the Role

This varied and people-facing role will support the smooth running of our office and provide essential administrative support to the team. You\’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
  • Managing meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements
  • Supporting diary management and travel bookings for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Ensuring communal areas are tidy, stocked, and well-presented
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
  • Minute taking at Senior Leadership Team meetings

About You

We\’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a Receptionist, or Admin role
  • Is confident, organised, and approachable
  • Is familiar with meetings, agendas and preparing minutes
  • Can start immediately and commit to a temporary assignment
  • Is comfortable working in a faith-based organisation (though you do not need to have a Christian Faith to apply).
