Who are we looking for?
A Commis Chef with at least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen, working on both hot and cold sections, including breakfast service of 100+ covers, who is looking to further their career. Enthusiasm, energy and a keenness to embrace new ideas. The role will run until the end of the summer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Producing menu items in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
- Mentoring junior members of the kitchen team.
- Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
