We are looking for a Global Cash Operations Specialist to play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our global cash ecosystem. This is a high-impact position focused on optimising cash supply chains, reducing costs, and leveraging technology to transform how cash operations are managed across regions. What You'll Do
- Track and report global cash KPIs including costs, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and reconciliation performance
- Identify improvement opportunities by benchmarking regional performance
- Drive initiatives to reduce transportation and inventory costs while maintaining service quality
- Optimise cash routing, inventory, and replenishment strategies using data and predictive analytics
- Support global rollout and adoption of cash management systems, enabling local teams
- Partner with technology teams to deliver AI-driven forecasting, automation, and real-time dashboards
- Oversee ATM forecasting and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and availability
- Act as a global subject matter expert, supporting stakeholders and driving best practice adoption
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- 10+ years' experience in cash management, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Deep expertise in cash supply chain design, inventory management, and forecasting
- Proven success delivering cost reduction and process optimisation in global environments
- Experience with technology-led solutions (AI/ML forecasting, automation, optimisation tools)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change at scale
