The Opportunity
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who is hands-on, people-savvy, and ready to tackle real-world tech challenges across our ATM network. Whether you’re experienced with ATMs or skilled in electro-mechanical repair, if you’re a sharp problem solver, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit their service requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems
- ATM experience is ideal but not essential
- A drive to deliver on your daily calls and fix things right the first time
- A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points)
- A methodical, problem-solving mindset
- Clear, confident communication & customer service skills
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation
- No live or spent IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years
