The Opportunity

As we continue to expand and build our national engineering base, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer who is hands-on, people-savvy, and ready to tackle real-world tech challenges across our ATM network. Whether you're experienced with ATMs or skilled in electro-mechanical repair, if you're a sharp problem-solver, a gift at solutions, a master of tools and great with customers, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on-time in-full machine provision.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems.
  • ATM experience is ideal but not essential.
  • A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right the first time.
  • A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
  • A methodical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Clear, confident communication & customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
  • No live or spent assets, IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
