A position has become available within the IMAC Team – Branding and Installs for a Technician to be based in Thurrock. This is a permanent full‑time role working 40 hours over 5 days a week.
As a BIT Technician you will install and uplift all variants of lobby ATMs in line with SOPs and weekly updated schedules. You will also prepare/stage your own ATMs by loading full software, refurbishing, configuring, testing and re‑branding uplifted ATMs so that they are ready to redeploy. In addition to attending installs and uplifts for machines you will be responsible for maintaining and installing bespoke ATM branding on the estate of ATMs across the UK.
Strong customer service skills are required as this is a customer‑facing role, and you must communicate effectively with various internal departments. You should demonstrate accurate record keeping and time management, follow procedures compliantly, and keep up‑to‑date stock records and usage. Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team, you must adapt to flexible work hours, UK travel, and overnight stays to meet business needs. Candidates with prior knowledge of ATMs and how to utilise internal programmes are preferred.
