The Bridge Satellite Provision is seeking an Academic Intervention Lead to coordinate targeted interventions across the provision to improve literacy, phonics, reading fluency, examination readiness and wider academic outcomes for pupils. The postholder will ensure interventions are personalised, evidence-informed and adapted for autistic and neurodiverse learners, working closely with teachers, leaders and families to identify barriers to learning and raise confidence and engagement.
