Responsibilities
- Day concierge to monitor security and provide front‑of‑house services to residents during the hours of 7am to 7pm.
- Maintain increased awareness of the building’s security by monitoring CCTV and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Receive parcels and post and secure them.
- Engage with residents, visitors and contractors and stay aware of maintenance activity taking place in the building.
Qualifications
- Good command of English – verbal and written – is required.
- Polite and pleasant manner.
- Ability to de‑escalate situations and be confident and firm without being aggressive or confrontational.
