The Bridge Project in Bradford is seeking a Navigator to join the Multiple Needs Navigation Service. You will work in outreach to support people at risk of re-offending and help them access essential services, develop person-centred support plans and coordinate with partner agencies.
You must have Social Care Level 3 or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience. A driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential; enhanced DBS check is required.
