Open Sky’s DDS Employment Services support individuals aged 22‑55 in obtaining, maintaining, or developing valued community roles. The goal is to help them choose, acquire, and keep a job of their choice or a meaningful community function, even when faced with safety, behavioral, or other clinical challenges. Each program offers a staffing ratio that allows individuals to receive support while preparing for and sustaining preferred employment.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized service and behavioral plans, facilitating community engagement through skill teaching, programming, job sharing, or coaching.
- Orient new staff to the program and provide peer mentoring.
- Monitor program supplies, vehicle maintenance, and physical plant needs; provide requisition lists to the Employment Coordinator.
- Assist with marketing, employer relations, and job‑development tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent – required.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record – required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
