Our client is an exciting start-up in the Pharmaceutical sector. We are seeking a skilled Bioinformatician who is proficient in using AI tools such as AlphaFold, RosettaFold and Boltz or other AI-powered tools for structural predictions and conducting advanced molecular simulations.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a solid background in structural biology.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using AlphaFold, RosettaFold, or Boltz, along with docking and modeling techniques.
  • Have experience with molecular dynamics simulations and related computational methods.
  • Be capable of analyzing complex datasets and performing high-throughput screening.
  • Be experienced with Slurm, R, Python, and AWS.
  • Have the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
