Job: Internal Communications Specialist Contract Duration: 3 Month contract (can consider part-time) Location: Northwest, with travel expected to the office once per week Day rate: £Negotiable Our NHS client is looking for an Internal communications specialist to support the trust during a period of Digital Change. Whether its managing internal communications campaigns for various projects, continually improving internal channels, or helping launch a new intranet, the successful candidate will ensure consistently high standards and quality delivery. The successful candidate will: Lead, write and manage the production of internal communications channels, such as weekly staff newsletter, staff intranet, news articles and staff meetings. Developing and implementing communications plans and campaigns across multiple projects to meet organisational objectives. Proactively identify content and news stories that add benefit for staff and ensure they are kept engaged and informed on all matters. Provide trusted internal communications advice to stakeholders at all levels, influencing where needed to secure the best outcomes for staff. Take a strategic approach to internal communication Gather and analyse data and user feedback to inform communications activities.
