At The Bridge Group UK, we supply fleet management, telematics and site management solutions to businesses across the UK. We're creating a new role to take ownership of our hardware and equipment, from the moment it's ordered through to installation and invoicing.
What you'll be doing
- Ordering vehicle trackers, in-vehicle CCTV, facial recognition cameras and Wi-Fi routers
- Managing SIM stock, allocating SIMs to devices and maintaining accurate records in our internal systems
- Testing equipment before dispatch, particularly vehicle and tachograph trackers
- Setting up units in our admin system and assigning them to customer accounts
- Dispatching tested equipment to engineers and customer sites
- Coordinating installations with customers and engineers, including our own team and third-party installers
- Processing engineer invoices and working with our bookkeeper to ensure customers are invoiced correctly
What we're looking for
Someone organised, practical and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Experience in logistics, operations or administration would be an advantage. Technical knowledge is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided to the right person.
Working hours to suit different lifestyles
We're open to discussing either of the following arrangements:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- School-hours option: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm, with the possibility of taking school holidays as unpaid leave by agreement
