The Bridge Group Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued domiciliary care client for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead and grow their service in Barry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator who is ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager role.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within a domiciliary care setting in a supervisory or management role.
  • Currently working as a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator, or similar and looking to progress.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or actively working towards it).
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and quality standards within CIW.
