The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, compliance with regulatory standards, and positive outcomes for the people supported. You will lead from the front, developing and inspiring a dedicated staff team while maintaining a safe, supportive and empowering environment for residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overall management of the residential service
  • Ensuring compliance with CIW regulations and quality standards
  • Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team
  • Managing budgets, staffing and service performance
  • Driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who has:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care
  • Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance
  • Experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive and positive approach to service development
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
