The Role

  • Take full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, compliance with regulatory standards, and positive outcomes for the people supported.
  • Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, staffing and service performance.
  • Build strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders.
  • Promote person-centred care and independence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care.
  • Experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
