Are you ready to be more than just a support worker? We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible individuals to join our team supporting young people aged 16-18, with occasionally 13-18 year old, as they transition from care into independence. You must be comfortable working with young people who may display challenging behaviour and require both direction and compassion.
