The Bridge Group Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager on behalf of a well-established Health care provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a residential setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CIW regulations and leading a stable and supportive staff team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a Registered Manager position
- A strong and positive working relationship with CIW
- Proven experience managing a Nursing Home
- A consistent employment history demonstrating longevity and commitment within previous roles
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A passion for maintaining high standards of care and staff wellbeing
Responsibilities will include:
