The Bridge Group Recruitment is proud to be representing a leading specialist care provider in the search for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a residential adult care service in the Pontypridd area. This is an exciting opportunity for an established manager looking to take the next step in their career with a provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support for adults with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
The Role
- Take full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, compliance with regulatory standards, and positive outcomes for the people supported.
- Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, staffing and service performance.
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders.
- Promote person-centred care and independence.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care.
- Experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
