Bridge Group Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading children's care provider for an exciting leadership opportunity overseeing two children's residential services in Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Registered Manager position or an established Registered Manager looking for a new challenge.
What you'll bring:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Experience within Ofsted-regulated children's residential services
- A strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience working alongside healthcare professionals
- A full UK driving licence
The role:
- Provide leadership across two children's residential services
- Develop and support high-performing teams
- Ensure safe, high-quality, child-centred care
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements
- Work collaboratively with local authorities and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for young people
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
