Everyone at The Bridge has heaps of energy and positivity, and we are lucky to say we start every day knowing we can make a difference to local people. We are a small charity, but we’re also a close-knit family that’s organised, focussed, and driven.
We are looking for a volunteer to help out within our busy Housing Triage team. As an integral part of the organisation, you will provide support which will include answering and directing telephone calls, sending email messages to the specialist teams within the organisation, assisting with enquiries received via our website, and managing our customer email inbox.
From day one you’ll receive all the training you need, to enable you to assist our Triage team in changing other people’s lives for the better.
