What You'll Do
- Carry out day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance, using a range of practical trade skills including basic joinery, plumbing, plastering and decorating; investigate faults to their root cause and devise solutions that support the people we serve.
- Conduct routine property inspections and safety monitoring—water temperature checks, plant & service checks, and environmental safety checks—to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Respond promptly to critical repair requests, following established response times to investigate, make‑safe and repair property and assets, thereby maintaining continuous safety.
- Troubleshoot and problem‑solve creatively, turning challenges into practical solutions that meet the complex needs of those we support.
