Responsibilities
- As a keyholder, opening and closing the store, including cashing up
- Handling rotas and wages
- Creation of daily to-do lists and ensuring daily tasks are completed
- Motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring sales targets are met
- Maintaining high levels of store cleanliness
- Offering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining and tidying the back of house areas
- Pricing and processing of stock
- Maintaining stock levels
- Collation and analysis of bestsellers and daily sales data
- Floor moves and visual merchandising
- Sending stock requests to the buying team
- Planning and implementing sales and markdowns
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in fashion retail
- A minimum of supervisor-level experience
- Brilliant customer service skills
- Confident whilst handling cash and with basic maths
- Positive and inclusive attitude
- Self-motivated and focused
- Passion for popular and youth culture
- High level of ethics, values and trust
- A fashion background is a plus
