About the Role

We are looking to recruit a child‑friendly, caring Midday Supervisor who has high expectations, to join our dedicated team. You will work under the supervision and guidance of your line manager and lead games that stimulate pupils’ social skills. Your work will help our children flourish and make a lasting difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising pupils in the dining hall and playground.
  • Ensuring pupils’ safety, welfare, and positive behaviour.
  • Encouraging good manners, healthy eating, and inclusive play.
  • Assisting younger children where needed.
  • Following safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety procedures.
  • Working effectively as part of the lunchtime team.
