Our 6-month Fast-Track Team Leader Pathway offers a structured and fully supported route into leadership—helping you grow your skills, confidence, and career.

- A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion
What We're Looking For
Your Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Experience working as a Care Assistant in Adult Social Care
