We are recruiting Night Shift Team Leaders and for a limited time, we are offering a £1500 Joining Bonus to external candidates joining our teams at Otterbourne Hill or St Giles View. You will receive £750 in your first payroll after joining, and a further £750 once you pass probation, recognising both your commitment and your contribution to stable night-time leadership.
Approx £16.13 per hour + enhanced pay for weekends and public holidays.

We are recruiting Care Team Leaders Nights to guide our night teams, uphold excellent standards, and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred support throughout the night. Applicants are required to live local to Otterbourne, Winchester and we are not providing sponsorship for this role.
- Lead and coordinate the night care team
- Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion
- Support care planning and resident assessments
- Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning
Requirements:
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- Experienced in supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home
- Calm, confident, and passionate about person-centred care
- Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems
- Eager to build your career, including through funded CHaPs training
