Our 6-month Fast-Track Team Leader Pathway offers a structured and fully supported route into leadership—helping you grow your skills, confidence, and career. What the Fast-Track Programme Offers:
- A structured 6-month leadership development pathway

- A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion
