Position Details
£1500 Joining Bonus for Night Shift Team Leaders — Apply Today. We’re recruiting Night Shift Team Leaders — and for a limited time, we’re offering a £1500 Joining Bonus to external candidates joining our teams at Otterbourne Hill or St Giles View. You’ll receive £750 in your first payroll after joining, and a further £750 once you pass probation, recognising both your commitment and your contribution to stable night-time leadership.
