We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to play a pivotal organisation-wide leadership role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and evolve theQuality Assurance Framework, influencing quality at both senior leadership and Board level. Working across care homes, extra care and community services, you will ensure consistently high standards of care. You'll take ownership of quality, governance and compliance—driving continuous improvement, strengthening performance, and supporting teams to deliver excellent, person-centred care across the organisation. Lead quality, governance and compliance across all services ~ Develop and evolve the organisation's Quality Assurance Framework ~ Drive continuous improvement and strong CQC outcomes ~ Line manage and develop a dedicated Quality & Compliance team ~ Coach and support managers to achieve and sustain excellence Proven experience in a quality or compliance role within health or social care, with a strong understanding of CQC regulations, governance frameworks, and quality standards ~ Demonstrable track record of leading audits and delivering sustainable service improvements, using data to identify trends and manage risk ~ Full UK driving licence with the flexibility to travel across services as required Competitive salary of £50,000–£55,000 ~ Generous annual leave (25 days) plus bank holidays ~ Enhanced pension scheme and life assurance ~ Flexible working arrangements ~ Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support ~ Mileage expenses for travel across services ~ If you're passionate about improving care quality and leading meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you.
