We are seeking a Night Care Assistant who shares our passion for providing the best possible care for our residents and who can demonstrate professionalism and energy in the home.
We are looking for somebody who:
- Supports our commitment to providing the best possible care for our residents and our ability to make them feel like family within a loving home.
- Values the small things which are important to each of our residents.
- Ideally has NVQ/QCF 2 qualification in Health Social Care, but that is not a deal breaker.
- Has some care experience, but this is not essential as we provide lots of training.
- Shares our values.
- Possesses good communication skills.
- Is a team player, reliable and committed.
- Has a natural affinity to older people.
