We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in London.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes prepared meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.

This role is ideal for a passionate chef with proven experience in a busy kitchen environment, who is eager to contribute to a positive and efficient operation.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, playing a crucial role in daily food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items for your designated section, following established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, and placing orders for your station.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the kitchen.
