The Breakfast Club is looking for a hospitality loving, passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join us. We believe that our Assistant Managers are the future of our Cafés, who will therefore through a detailed training and the experience provided through the daily activities of the role, be ready to join our next generation of General Managers.

The role and You:

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who believes in the power of people and food to make someone’s day. In addition to being a talented and hardworking Assistant Manager, you will be ready to take the next step in your career development, embracing leadership responsibilities. You will be the heartbeat of your Café, working closely with your General Manager and assisting in managing everything from standards and efficiency to your team’s happiness.
